1. The master cylinder maintains pressure - when the oil pressure in the upper chamber of the master cylinder reaches the set pressure value, the pressure relay sends a signal, the corresponding solenoid valve is energized, the spool returns to the neutral seal upper and lower oil chamber, and the check valve is completed. Pressure holding function.
2. Speed down - press the start button, the corresponding solenoid valve is energized, and the piston slider of the master cylinder descends rapidly under the action of its own weight. At this moment, only the hydraulic pump is not satisfied with the requirement of rapid down-flow. The auxiliary vacuum tank located at the top of the master cylinder must be used to make up the partial vacuum formed by the upper chamber.
3. Depressurization of the master cylinder - After the pressure is maintained for a period of time, the pressure holding process is completed, the time relay gives a signal, so that the corresponding solenoid valve is energized, and the master cylinder piston is in the return stroke state. Since the pressure in the upper chamber is too high, in order to avoid hydraulic shock, the upper chamber should be first relieved before the master cylinder piston is returned. The hydraulic control check valve with unloading small valve core is used to discharge the high pressure oil to the oil tank, so that the pressure of the high pressure oil in the upper chamber of the master cylinder is lowered to a lower value, thereby achieving a safe and fast return stroke of the master cylinder piston.
4. Slow stamping - When the piston slide of the master cylinder descends to a certain direction and presses the stroke switch, the corresponding solenoid valve is energized, assisting the fuel tank to complete the oil supply, and turning to the hydraulic oil pump as the main oil supply mode. Downward shift to work. The master cylinder piston slider continues to descend and eventually will resist the workpiece, the resistance increases sharply, and the pressure in the upper chamber of the master cylinder rises.
