If the prime mover vibrates severely, the hydraulic pump and prime mover are connected through a pulley or the pulley. The radial load on the pump shaft must not exceed the pump manufacturer's regulations, otherwise a pair of bearings with bearings should be added to install the pulley or gear.
Regarding the oil tank of the hydraulic station, the design of the oil tank is very important. Usually, the bottom of the slope is structurally. When replacing hydraulic oil, in order to drain and remove the sediment at the bottom, the bottom of the hydraulic station oil tank should be designed as a slope. The bottom of the fuel tank cannot be made into a double bottom, otherwise it is not conducive to heat dissipation.
The suction pipe of the hydraulic station should not be too close to the bottom of the oil tank. Try to avoid the suction pipe being too low and sucking impurities into the pump. The oil return pipe should be extended below the liquid level to prevent the return oil from splashing and generating bubbles and noise.
If possible, it is best to separate the oil suction area and the oil return area to increase the flow of liquid and improve the effect of heat dissipation and air separation. The height of the partition should be appropriate, too low will not work, too high may cause the hydraulic pump to empty.
The flow of the air filter should be greater than the hydraulic flow to supplement the drop in the liquid level when the pump shaft pumps oil in time.
The inner wall of the fuel tank is best treated by spraying. The plastic has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, good adhesion, strong impact resistance, uniform brightness and beautiful appearance, and it is worthy of priority.
