Hydraulic cylinder assembly process

1. Assembly site and environment:

1) The cylinder assembly should be carried out in a special workshop or assembly area. The temperature should be kept at 20~250C, and it should be kept away from air outlets, dust, and cutting processing areas, with fresh air, no dust, and no noise; avoid direct exposure to strong light.

2) The assembly room should be equipped with an installation platform and sufficient workstation equipment, assembly turnover vehicles, hoisting and lifting equipment and the following special basic equipment.

a: Cylinder installation machine;

b: Parts cylinder cleaning machine, used for heating and cleaning parts;

c: Pressure test equipment, used for pressure test of oil cylinder;

d: Air duct, used to blow and dry the parts after cleaning;

3. The workshop should be equipped with an assembly workbench, and oil-resistant rubber or aluminum plates should be laid on the worktop to avoid collisions and scratches on the other parts, and an additional mounting frame or mounting basket should be configured.

4. In addition to the common tools, the workshop should be equipped with some special tools such as torque wrench, plumb or copper hammer, copper rod, nylon rod, electric cooker, air gun, etc.

5. When hoisting in the assembly room, try to use hoisting belts instead of wire ropes or hemp ropes. The former is easy to damage the parts or appliances, and the latter is easy to produce wire chips that affect the cleanliness of the parts.

6. Special attention should be paid to civilized production, orderly work, civilized operation, orderly stacking, and the floor is cleaned and often washed with waste oil to maintain the original color of the floor.
