Design purpose: Depends on the on-site working temperature, working medium and processing conditions of the factory. Based on the mechanical design manual, calculate the dimensions of the internal structure.
The selection of seals must be based on the on-site working temperature, environmental pollution conditions, and working medium. Water-glycol media cannot be sealed with polyurethane.
The cylinder head of the oil cylinder should be sealed with a V-shaped combination as much as possible, which can compensate for the error in the groove processing finish.
The sealing groove dimensions are designed strictly in accordance with the design manual.
The cylinder piston seal generally uses a Grain ring plus a guide belt. The Grain ring has better high temperature resistance and anti-pollution properties.
Cylinder seals generally use Japan's NOK series.
It is best to add a back-up ring for the O-ring seal between the cylinder head and bottom of the cylinder barrel, which can make up for the manufacturing error.
Try not to use welding to connect the cylinder barrel to the cylinder head, bottom and center pendulum, because welding will cause the cylinder barrel to deform. Threaded connections or other connection methods can be used.
