Common Causes of Overheating of Stainless Steel Piston Rods
Jun 26, 2022
1. The surface of the piston rod is too rough.
2. The gas and oil in the filler are mixed with debris.
3. The clearance between the piston rod and the packing is too small.
4. Deviation occurs when the piston rod and the packing are assembled.
5. Reassemble the piston rod without deflection.
6. The lubricating oil of the piston rod and the packing is dirty, or the lubricating oil is insufficient to cause dry friction.
Solution:
1. Install and regrind the piston rod accurately.
2. Strictly control the cleaning of gas and oil in the packing to ensure that it is clean.
3. Reassemble the piston rod and packing, and adjust the matching clearance appropriately.
4. Reassemble the piston rod without deflection.
5. In the process of use, it is necessary to clean and change the oil, and adjust the size of its oil supply.
