Seamless cold drawing pipes are one of steel pipes which are classified by different production process. It is different from hot rolled pipes and expanded pipes. Cold drawn pipes are formed by one or two times drawing force to change the outer and inner diameters. Our company has three sets of cold drawing machines and our maximum drawing force is 350 tons. The largest size we can draw is 370mm*350mm for thin wall tube and 325mm*280mm for thick wall tube. And for the length we can reach 16 meters. The accuracy grade and surface quality of cold drawn pipes are obviously better than hot rolled or expanded pipes.

Application: Our cold drawn steel pipes are widely used as mechanical tubing, pressure tubes which require a heavier wall thickness. And also they are used for producing hydraulic cylinder tubes.
