Hollow Round Bars

Hollow round bars are known as chrome plate tubes, they are made of cold drawn seamless tubes or hollowed bars, by grinding and precision polishing on the outside diameter and then chrome plated to a certain thickness on the OD. So they also called chrome plated OD tube.

ExternalDiameter Tolerance:Our chrome plated bars are supplied with tolerancef7, f8, f9on customers’ request.
Hard Chrome Plated Thickness:Min. 20Microns (0.0008″), other chrome plated thickness of hydraulic cylinder rod is on customers’ requests. The chrome plated round bar should pass the salt spray tested at least 48 hours.
Supply Length:Our factory produce chrome plated rod with random length or fixed length up to 16 meters.
