Product Introduction

Precision seamless cold drawn steel tubes are one of steel pipes which are classified by different production process. It is different from hot rolled pipes and expanded pipes. Precision seamless cold drawn steel tubes are formed by one or two times drawing force to change the outer and inner diameters. Our company has three sets of cold drawing machines and our maximum drawing force is 350 tons. The largest size we can draw is 370mm*350mm for thin wall tube and 325mm*280mm for thick wall tube. And for the length we can reach 16 meters. The accuracy grade and surface quality of precision seamless cold drawn steel tubes are obviously better than hot rolled or expanded pipes.
